Salon Policies
1. With new clients, we ask for a 50% beforehand from the full price of the service, within 36 hours. If the appointment you want to book is in short notice (1-2 days after the booking), we ask for it within 1 hour. It has to be payed by cash, or transfer, otherwise we automaticly delete the appointment.
If theres a cancellation, or you want to move your appointment within 24 hours, the payed amount is not refundable, and it cannot be moved to the next desired appoimtment, and we ask for another 50% from the next booked service.
If you dont show up to your appointment, the payed amout is not redundable, and we ask for another 50% from the next booked service.
If any of that is not happening, we cannot give you another appointment.
Date changes and cancellations outside of the 24 hour is fine, your reservation amount can be moved, or refunded.
2. For our regular clients, in case of cancellation within 24 hours, we ask for 50% late fee, payed on the next booked appointment, in case of a no show up, we ask for 100% late fee, payed within 24 hours in cash or transfer. If the late fee is not payed we cannot give out another appointment.
3. In case of 10 minutes late, we can only do a simple service, without any design, or decoration.
In case of 15 minutes of late, we cannot do the booked service, and in that case we ask for a late fee, and another appointment is necessary.
4. If the desired design is complicated, or all 10 fingers needs to be decorated, it has to be noted in the booking process, otherwise we cannot make it happen.
5. We only accept cash, or bank transfer!
6. All clients automaticly accepts the salon policies by booking an appointment!
